Kavitha Haldorai

I am a passionate educator and seasoned researcher, holding a post-doctorate from Florida State University. With a PhD in Management, my academic journey has been nothing short of remarkable. With nearly two decades of teaching experience, I've had the privilege of imparting knowledge to both undergraduate and master's students. My expertise encompasses a wide array of human resources and management modules, such as international HR management, training and development, people management, organizational behavior, career management, statistics, and business research methods. My teaching philosophy embraces innovation, including blended learning, experiential learning, guided preparation, and structured reflection, tailored to engage the dynamic Y and Z generations of students. I've also made cultural diversity an integral part of my teaching environment, ensuring an inclusive and enriching experience for all. As a research coordinator at my previous institution, I supervised undergraduate and master's theses, fostering the development of future scholars. My expertise extends to quantitative research software, and I've conducted hands-on training at various universities, resulting in peer-reviewed publications. I have actively engaged in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research projects, collaborating on academic and non-academic initiatives. Notably, I spearheaded the green campus initiative at my previous university, securing internal research funding and making a positive impact on sustainability efforts. My commitment to research excellence earned me the CEO's Award for Research and Publication in 2016. I've presented my research at international conferences and have publications in Q1 and Scopus-indexed journals.
