Greta L. Polites is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Kent State University. She received her PhD in MIS from the University of Georgia. Her research focuses on individual level IS behaviors, particularly IS habits and resistance to change, and has appeared in MIS Quarterly, Journal of the AIS, and the European Journal of Information Systems. She was a recipient of the 2012 MISQ Paper of the Year and 2011 ISR Reviewer of the Year awards. For the past two years, she has served as a track co-chair for "Cognition and Human Behavior in Information Systems: track at the European Conference on Information Systems.
