His research interests include mobile computing issues including location-based privacy, mobile app stickiness and mobile self-efficacy. Dr. Furner also studies cultural determinants of individual level information systems outcomes, such as Knowledge Management System effectiveness, media choice and purchase intention in an e-commerce setting.
